My name is Jeimy Ramirez-Figueroa. Teaching individuals the rules of money are my passion. I focus on helping families, professionals and small businesses succeed and excel in their finances. As a wife, mother, and businesswoman having worked in corporate America, finances were not always my strong suit.

Like many other Americans, I opened my first 401(k) plan immediately once I begin to work. I was building a pretty good nest egg until 2008 came around and Americans lost half or all their money when the stock market crashed. I did not understand all the ins and outs of the game then, but I had one thing going for me that most Americans did not. I had started working for a financial services company, I had gotten licensed and was learning the rules of money. So not only did I start my 401(k) plan, but I also put in practice the new money lessons I was learning. I did not put all my money in one basket, I diversified, mixing my money in low, medium, and high-risk accounts. Little did I know that that one move would save me from losing all my money.

In 2007 I began searching for answers about how money worked for me and how to help my family and friends. I continued working in the Telecommunication space until I finally burned out. I worked 50+ hours a week, earned great income, but had no time for myself and my loved ones. I knew I needed to do something different with my life.

After 3 years of trying to figure out if I should go back to work; I realized that I had other options and that I had started a business where I could work flexible hours, earn money, and have a balanced life. I got back in the finance game and have learned many strategies to help families create a financial plan that works. Today, I look forward to meeting new professionals, their families and small business owners who want to create a life of purpose and become partners of change. My goal as CEO is to create a new community of educated, successful entrepreneurs who are changing the status quo on earth, not just in their community. It is not all about the money, but it helps to have plenty of it and be able to reach your goals and give back to our families and communities too.
